1. Processing Times
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing it right away. Here's what happens before your parcel leaves us:

We offer several shipping options for customers within the United States. All times shown are business days from dispatch, not from the order date.

Overnight delivery is only available on orders placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday–Friday. Orders placed after this cut-off will be dispatched the following business day.
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery times and costs vary depending on your destination. All estimates are from dispatch date and are subject to customs clearance times.

Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We always aim to offer the most competitive rate available.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.
5. Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the United States, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.
- Deskcodes is not responsible for any customs or import charges applied to your order.
- These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside our control.
- Customs fees must be paid by the recipient before the parcel can be released for delivery.
- Refusing to pay customs fees and having a parcel returned does not automatically entitle you to a refund of shipping costs.
- We are required by law to accurately declare the value and contents of all shipments on customs documentation.
6. Failed Deliveries & Missed Collections
If no one is available to receive your parcel, the carrier will typically:
- Leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour (if you have authorised this).
- Leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collect from a local facility.
- Make up to two further delivery attempts before returning the parcel to us.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, an incorrect address, or refusal to accept, we will contact you. A re-delivery fee may apply. We are not liable for parcels that cannot be delivered due to an address error provided at checkout.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packing your order, but occasionally things can go wrong in transit. Here's how we handle it:

8. Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@deskcodes.com.
- Before dispatch: We will do our best to update your address free of charge. Changes are not guaranteed once the order is in our packing queue.
- After dispatch: Address changes may not be possible once a parcel is with the carrier. Some carriers offer a redirect service, which may incur an additional fee.
- Incorrect address provided: We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if the address entered at checkout was incorrect.
